This is a remote position.
Security Brigade is looking for a Project Manager for Cyber Security Services in India. Role will be reporting directly to the Director of Security Services. The Project Manager should be capable of owning the project vision and strategy. We need you to push boundaries, influence strategy, and make a strong impact on project execution.
The position will be to deal with internal projects plus customer management.
A training period of 2-4 weeks will be arranged.
Key Responsibilities :-
● Discussing client’s needs and recommending best practices in line with cyber security.
● Assist the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
● Ensure that all the assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
● Coordinate with different teams for the flawless execution of projects.
● Develop a detailed plan of action to monitor and track progress.
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, using appropriate verification techniques.
● Report and escalate to management as and when required.
● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
● Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
● Draft project documents
● Supporting Sale teams when required
● Provide support to clients via phone/emails
Requirements :-
● Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
● Excellent customer service skills, some ability to manage clients through phone calls and emails with
the utmost professional conduct
● Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
● Flexibility and ability in working on multiple projects at once, being able to revise, if necessary, fix
priorities, work under time pressure when needed.
● Problem solving, independent decision making
● Team coordination to get the work done in a timely manner.
● Execute the tasks assigned by the management with the required quality.
● Ability to multitask at a high level.
