Job Description:

Pre-Sales Executive is a critical role that is responsible for providing top-notch technical pre-sales support for both direct and channel clients. Must be able to identify key security business issues through interactions during the sales cycle to apply and differentiate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Presales role in a nutshell will include managing the prospect, advice solutions to prospect, support sales team, working on RFP/proposals, and carry out technical presentations.
  • Help the sales team by taking up the technical sales calls with the client to understand the requirement and convincing prospect on our technical services.
  • Understand the technical requirements from the prospect, analyze the scope of work and provide the effort estimate i.e. the time required for the audit to the sales team which will help them in making quotation.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based presentations in support of sales cycles. Ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation. Perform technical demos and presentations for customers, partners, and prospects
  • Be the technical expert on Security Brigade InfoSec services offerings during all phases of the sales process. Understand customer pain points and actively engage them for technical needs.
Required Skills

  • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Cyber Security concepts, vocabulary, methodologies and security software overview. Basic knowledge of cyber security industry and its facets.
  • Keen understanding of the Vulnerability market, solution providers and business issues associated with it.
  • Experience/Knowledge of creating and assisting in delivery of professional sales presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse customer audience, including C-level executives and technical staff.
  • Strong learner and capable of coming up to speed quickly on technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple prospect calls, RFP/RFI's, SOW's, meetings, and any follow up items, ensuring a timely and professional response.
  • Problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action, engage relevant prospect/customer.
